His background has been in computer service sales and support for Bell Atlantic, Control Data and Sun Microsystems.
From 1992 to 2007 he was responsible for operating the Western Area Service Sales Business Unit at Sun Microsystems, a Fortune 100 Company, responsible for generating revenues of over $220 million a year.
Craig started working in the credit card processing service business with his son Kevin, in 2007.
As a managing partner at GDPay his oversight of training and support for new agents, superior customer service and executive leadership has been invaluable.

After twelve years in the merchant service industry as an agent, public speaker, author and website developer, I decided to incorporate my own company. When I started GDpay I wanted to operate a self funded debt free company having complete control to provide merchant services to my clients with a special emphasis on education, service and attention to details.
